Return & Exchange
**Due to hygiene reasons, we will not be offering returns or exchanges for all orders under further notice. We seek your understanding as we wish to reduce the risk and spread of COVID-19 during this period.**
We want all our customers to be completely satisfied with our products which is why we offer a 15-Day Good Will Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied for the size, style, fit or any other reason, simply return the product to us within 15 days from receipt of order, for a 100% refund. ( Return postal cost will be borne by customers)
Meanwhile, all the packaging and products should be in good condition; not been washed or worn; have internal and external labels and not affect the re-sale. If you have any questions about the products and sizes, you are very welcome to contact us before purchase. We 'd love to help :)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note for product with below conditions, they will not be eligible for refund & exchange.
- For the safety and health concerns, all gift sets and personal undergarments (E.g Sleeping bag/ Swaddle) are excluded
- Product that is returned more than 15 days after receipt
- Any product that has been used, worn, altered or washed
- Any product where it is found to have negligent or accidental damage - Any sale or discounted items
- Any free gifts

Exchanges
We have thoroughly inspected all the items before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality of the goods you purchase from us.
We are happy to replace, repair, or exchange goods in the case of manufacturing faults.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
